Chakra Chokers Jewelry Care & Warranty Policy

At Chakra Chokers Jewelry, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted pieces designed to be loved every day. While our jewelry is made to last, proper care and maintenance are essential to ensure its longevity.

Warranty & Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are happy to assist with repairs when needed.

  • The first clasp repair or re-weld is complimentary. 
  • After 90 days, clasp repairs and re-welds are available for a $15 service fee.
  • Proof of purchase may be required for warranty services.

Lost Jewelry

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost jewelry or lost components.

If your jewelry becomes damaged or a clasp begins to loosen, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can repair it before it is lost.

If your item is lost, we are unable to provide a complimentary replacement. However, we may offer a replacement discount at our discretion.

Broken Jewelry

If your jewelry breaks due to normal wear and you still have all of the original pieces, we are happy to assess it for repair.

If all components are returned:

  • We can often re-weld or reconnect the piece.
  • We can repair damaged clasps when possible.

If pieces are missing, additional material charges may apply.

Waterproof & Everyday Wear

Our jewelry is crafted using premium materials and is designed to be waterproof and suitable for everyday wear. However, all jewelry experiences natural wear over time.

To maximize the life of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding:

  • Excessive pulling or snagging
  • Heavy impact or sports activities
  • Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners

Permanent Jewelry

Permanent jewelry is custom fit and welded specifically for you.

Because each piece is custom made:

  • Permanent jewelry sales are final.
  • If your chain stretches, breaks, or needs removal, we are happy to assist with re-welding if the original chain is brought back.
  • Lost permanent jewelry cannot be replaced under warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our products, all jewelry sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost jewelry
  • Improper care or accidental damage
