Exchange And Refund Policy
We have a 5 day exchange-only policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange via email if you are not happy with your order. Items sent back requesting an exchange will need to cover the cost of shipping back to us. We will cover shipping when sending you back your exchanged items.
We do not accept refunds unless it is a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of the item you wish to exchange.
To start an exchange and receive a new item that you are satisfied with, you can contact us at info.chakrachokers@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will notify you via email or text message on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be able to replace or refund the item 5 days after the purchase date.
Final Sale
Permanent jewelry, charm necklaces, custom engraved orders and items bought at a discounted sale price will not be accepted for an exchange or refund as they are considered final sale.
